Any student holding this visa may apply with ease for a variety of full-time programmes, including higher education, vocational education and training (VET), English language intensive courses for overseas students (ELICOS), admission to primary or secondary school, and postgraduate research degrees at accredited educational institutions.

Visa Eligibility Criteria for Student Visa:

A registered course of study must be enrolled in:
The Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students must be consulted before enrolling in a course of study (CRICOS).

Student’s Financial Capacity:
To be qualified to pay for their course fees and the living expenses of their dependent family members, applicants must be able to provide legal documentation of their financial capacity.

Student’s English Proficiency:
It is necessary to submit proof of your English language proficiency with your visa application or whenever an officer requests it; otherwise, your visa request will be denied.

Welfare plans that are strictly regulated for all students under the age of 18:
To stay in Australia, students under the age of 18 must provide proof of formal welfare arrangements.

Bringing Family Members Along:
Families of applicants may submit a single request for a student visa, or they may submit separate applications to join them later. It is crucial to have the money available to support the accompanying family members residing in Australia as well as those who will be living there once the student visa has been granted (such as new born baby).

Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement::
In order to apply for a visa, candidates must go through a health test. It can take several weeks to finish this. Additionally, the applicants must respond to several questions about their character that will be used to judge them.
